Automatic Event Monitoring

Background/Problem:
Currently, tracking Active, New, and Lost events requires manual updates, which can be time-consuming and prone to delays.

Proposed Solution:
Introduce automatic event tracking in MapItEasy. This feature would automatically monitor and update Active, New, and Lost events, providing users with daily insights without the need for manual input. This would streamline event tracking and ensure users are always aware of changes in their event landscape.
