We’re thrilled to share the next steps in the development of MapItEasy, a product designed to make event documentation and tracking simpler. Our upcoming features will save you time and help you stay on top of key metrics without manual effort. Here’s what we’ve got planned for the near future.

What’s in the Pipeline?

Q4 2024

• Monitoring – automatic event tracking: Say goodbye to manual updates! MapItEasy will soon automatically track Active, New, and Lost events, ensuring that you always have up-to-date insights into your event landscape without needing to lift a finger.

• Notifications for important changes: Stay informed wherever you are! MapItEasy will send alerts through multiple channels, including in-app notifications, email, Telegram, Slack, or Microsoft Teams. You’ll never miss an important change again, whether you're in the office or on the go.

• Custom alerts for event changes: Get control over your event tracking with custom alerts based on changes in event counts. Whether you're monitoring trends, anomalies, or critical changes, you can set up rules similar to those from the old GA (Google Analytics) to notify you when key thresholds are reached.
  

Q1 2025

• Custom columns for events documentation: Improve your event documentation by adding custom columns with various data types such as text, lists, URLs, and more. This will give you the flexibility to better organize and document your events in a way that suits your workflow.

• Advanced team sharing: Collaborate more efficiently with your team! You’ll soon be able to share projects seamlessly with other accounts of your team members, ensuring everyone has access to the latest data and can contribute to your monitoring efforts.

• Documentation changes history: Keep track of all modifications made to individual cells, whether by you or your team members. This feature will allow you to monitor changes over time, providing a detailed history of edits for better collaboration and accountability. You can quickly review what has changed and when, making it easier to maintain accuracy and track any adjustments to important data.
