Why does Netpeak Launcher crash or freeze?

The most common reason for crashing the program is a conflict between Netpeak Launcher and antivirus. Try closing your antivirus and launch the program again.


Also, please check network settings on your device, perhaps, it connects via a proxy which causes trouble with the access to our servers. 


If the previous tips did not help you, try deleting all Netpeak Software products (), download the latest version of and reinstall all products. If the problem appears again – contact us.
