The most common reason of Netpeak Spider crashes or freezes is lack of free RAM or non-compliance with system requirements. That’s why we recommend to close other programs during crawling of big websites and give more memory to Netpeak Spider.
Also access might be denied due to expired trial or license. In this case, you need to buy a license to continue using the tool.
In case previous tips didn’t help, try deleting all Netpeak Software products and download the latest version of Netpeak Launcher. Use it to download an up-to-date version of Netpeak Spider.
